AOPA's National Flight Instructor Spokesman and motivational speaker, Rod Machado, will be the featured speaker at the 10th Annual Aviation Explorer Post 8 Youth Leadership Banquet being held November 14th, 2009 at the Holiday Inn Holidome in Topeka.
