House Rules
K-TOC is intended to provide a place where people interested in state
transportation issues can meet and interact. All users are required to
adhere to the following Terms of Use. Violation of the Terms of Use can
result in immediate suspension of the user’s account. KDOT’s
determination of whether a user has violated the Terms of Use is final.
The user agrees to accept KDOT’s determination of whether a user has
violated the Terms of Use. The user has no right to a review of the
determination by KDOT that a user has violated the Terms of Use. By
continuing, the user acknowledges that he/she has read the Terms of
Use, understands the Terms of Use, and agrees to abide by the Terms of
Use.
All posts are subject to review.
KDOT reserves the right to accept, reject, remove or edit any post at our sole
discretion, including, but not limited to those that are off-topic, not
in English or that contain personal attacks, obscenity, vulgarity,
profanity, impersonations or off-topic links.
Civility
Obscene, profane, racist or sexually explicit language is prohibited. You may not
harass, defame or threaten another person.
No Soliciting
Postings for commercial purposes are prohibited. You may not post any content
for commercial purposes.
Don’t break the law
Postings that suggest, incite or encourage illegal activity are prohibited.
Respect copyright
Do not post third-party copyright material without providing credit for
the author and a link to or citation of the original publication source.
Don’t post personal data
Do not post personal information such as phone numbers, addresses,
social security numbers or any other private information about yourself
or others.
Report problems
Let us know if you feel that postings to K-TOC are inappropriate or if you have
technical problems using K-TOC. Reports of problems should be e-mailed
to ktoc@ksdot.org. Problem reports should not be posted in the KTOC
Group in the
community.
